Return and Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Post items back to us within: 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in 100% new condition. It must be in the exact same condition that it was in when you received it. All protective film must be in place and have never been removed or tampered with.

Please contact us directly to initiate the process. Buyers are responsible for return postage.

Once we have received the timepiece back and confirmed the condition is brand new and everything included has been received, we will process a full refund or begin the exchange process.

We require up to 5 business days to process all returns and exchanges.
