No. These are custom hand assembled timepieces built with aftermarket parts and japanese movements unless otherwise mentioned. If you are unsure about anything, please message me.

Is there Warranty on your watches?
Yes, 12 month all inclusive warranty on workmanship and defective parts. If anything happens after the 12th month mark, please do not hesitate to message us. I will be here to help out regardless.

How does shipping work?
We ship world wide with zero issues. We have lots of experience in the
logistics field and we know the best method of delivery for each country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long til I receive my order?
We require 1 – 3 business days to dispatch your order. Our standard expedited shipping method for international orders with tracking is usually around 6 – 9 business days. The DHL Express upgrade is also very fast, usually around 1 – 4 business days depending on your location. For my Canadian customers, I use Canada Post Xpresspost or UPS equivalent which is 1 - 3 business days for most locations in Canada.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you did not receive one, please email us at alpinemodshop@gmail.com
